The series screen is specially designed for screening stone in quarry. It can also be used for grading products in coal dressing,mineral processing, building materials, power generation and chemical industries. Multi-layer screen can be selected for screening material with different sizes.
The vibrator rotates at high speeds once power is supplied. At this point, the screen rotates in a circular motion, and then the minerals on it are sorted and filtered into the following screen according to size while the vibration and rotating motion continues to break down larger minerals, allowing them to pass through the screen. The left minerals discharge into the discharge hopper.
