If surface hardness of bend pulley is required, heat treatment process will be needed. After pulley shaped, for the demands of rust protection, corrosion prevention, support, and for surface treatment or cladding such as painting, galvanizing, painting, cladding rubber, chroming, ceramic painting and oxidation process, etc.
