High Manganese Steel Wear Parts
The toggle plate is a critical wear component of the jaw crusher, playing a key role in the crusher's overall performance and safety.
Functionally, the toggle plate is installed between the movable jaw and the adjustment base. It supports the bottom of the movable jaw, preventing it from falling and ensuring stable movement during operation. More importantly, it acts as a safety device-when uncrushable materials (such as tramp iron) enter the crushing chamber, the toggle plate is designed to break first, protecting the more expensive components like the jaw crusher body from damage.
