If form and location toleranceform and location tolerance of circle degree, cylindricity, and straightness accuracy are required less than 0.2mm, after fine lathing outer circle grinding machine or roller grinding machine for grinding machining.
If surface hardness of bend pulley is required, heat treatment process will be needed. After pulley shaped, for the demands of rust protection, corrosion prevention, support, and for surface treatment or cladding such as painting, galvanizing, TEFLONN painting, cladding rubber, chroming, ceramic painting and oxidation process, etc.
